Thank you for your interest in the cottage. For your information, it sleeps 12 - 3 queens, 2 doubles, 2 twins, in five bedrooms that all overlook the lake. There is a family room upstairs (to get away) and a great room downstairs with a screened-in porch, where, possibly, pets could be kept. There is a gourmet kitchen with Jennair stove and dishwasher. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. There are four acres of private grounds, and, of course, the lake. There is adequate parking for at least 5 cars, although we like to encourage carpooling.

It rents for $2470 per week (Saturday to Saturday - move in is 4 pm, move out is 12 pm). There is a $140 fee for cleaning, and a $500 totally refundable security deposit. If this interests you further, please email me your desired date, and I will let you know whether the cottage is available at that time.

Weekend rates are $895 for a traditional weekend and $1095 for a holiday weekend.
