The undersigned agrees to assume responsibility for the contents and the condition of the premises during their tenure. Any damages or losses will be the responsibility of the Guest(s) and shall be paid for out of the Security Deposit. If more money is needed to repair the damage, it shall be supplied forthwith. Please respect that this is a NON SMOKING cottage. LINENS, TOWELS & DISHTOWELS must be supplied by you, also dishwashing/dishwasher soap. Although there is a cleaning service, we respectfully ask that you leave the cottage tidy, with dishes done, and stuff put away.....basically, as you found it. Each rental period is entitled to two garbage tags for the dump(which will be mailed to you with key). All garbage, including recyclables, MUST be taken with you, either to the dump (you will receive directions and instructions) or back home. Any garbage left will be taken to the dump on your behalf for a $100 fee. Please leave the key on the dining room table. Many thanks. Have a wonderful stay and enjoy enjoy enjoy.
